but do not sell products. However, many of them generate revenue by burdening the visitor with annoying popup advertisements. Some of these generate new pop-up advertisements when they are closed, making it difficult for the reader to close all of them.

- Complete Guide to Natural Height Increase
This site provides information on exercises and equipment. While they do sell equipment and supplements, each of those were originally designed for other purposes so we have not included this in our list of scam companies.
- Easy Height
Perpetually a work in progress, this site provides information on working with ankle weights, supplements and sleep.
- Gettaller
This site provides information on nutrition, sleeping, posture, and exercises, including kicking.
- Grow Taller
Some of the height increase books and journals
that are for sale elsewhere are available here for free.
- Grow Taller Secret
This is a very comprehensive blog with some funny cartoons and videos.

The company used to sell height increasing products. It now offers a free book which you can mail away for. There is also extensive information about scam sites. I don't believe their claim that they "hired 4 private investigators authorized by the RCMP and FBI to conduct surveillance" but I am glad they are reporting whatever information they have.

This site appears to carry the contents of a book on a single Web page.

This is a pleasant looking site with short articles on Diet & Nutrition,
Exercises and Surgery. It has apparently not been updated since February 2000.

Includes information on exercise, diet, sleep, breathing, mental exercises and clothing.
