This institute performs the basic Ilizarov procedure as well as a
Lengthening Over Nails variation.
The institute offers two package. The $US 20,000 package includes to 20-day hospital stay following surgery to install the Ilizarov devices and a 14-day hospital stay following their removal. The second package costs $US 25,000 and covers a contiguous four month hospital stay.

The Web site describes a micro-wound operation for leg lengthening. This procedure uses a a fixative clip instead of a Ilizarov fixator.
