There are organizations for tall people and organization for little people who have a form of dwarfism. However, until recently there
has been nothing for those individuals who do not have a form of dwarfism but still feel persecuted due to their short stature.
There are a few web sites for short people but they generally provide little information and most are one person efforts.
This had now changed with the creation of the National Organization of Short Statured Adults. Listed below, sorted by degree of content, are Web sites for short people.

The primary goal of the
association is to find and share information about
shoe and clothing stores that sell big and small sizes. The association also helps promote legislation that can benefit persons of small or tall stature. They provide information to authorities on a wide range of issues including work protection and accident prevention. The association has been in existence since 1995 and has over one thousand members.

The Height site is a portal for information about height. Categories include Community, Health, Shopping, Travel, Sports and Fantasy. The Web site is maintained by tall people and while there is a category for short people, it does not have much content yet. They are looking for people to contribute to this section.

Their campaign is to help people 5' 3" and under to come to terms with their shortness. The site offers six pages of content with some interesting perspectives. Many of the pages use wild color backgrounds making the text very difficult to read.

Support Group for Short Statured Boys during the 1970's - Melbourne
This support group is for men who, as short boys, were treated in the 1970's with oxandrolone (an anabolic steroid). The treatments encouraged growth but prematurely closed the growth plates and caused other health side effects.
