Commercials and advertisements sometimes degrade short people in order to bring attention to their product
or service. With only 10 to 60 seconds they don't have a lot of time. Sometimes the offense is subtle
and it could be argued that no reference to height was intended. Other times the offense could be quite
blatant leaving no question in the viewer's mind that the short person is being portrayed as a second class
citizen.
