Some of the groups may not be active when you visit them; interest tends to wax and wane. For each category, groups are listed most active first, according to the number of Posts / month and, if applicable, the number of registered members. Posts / month is approximate. Founded refers to the date the goup was founded, or if that could not be determined, the earliest post available.

Where possible we attempt to differentiate between groups, clubs (a.k.a. chat rooms) and mailing lists. Numbers within brackets indicate the number of groups within that category and a icon indicates that a new group was found within the previous month.

• Short Stature   [ 16 ]  
  People who participate in these groups discuss various aspects of short stature. They typically do not have a form of dwarfism. Many of these groups appear redundant and discuss similar subjects.

• Dwarfism   [ 12 ]  
  These groups discuss general social and health-related issues for people who are affected by a dwarfism condition.

• Dwarfism Medical Conditions   [ 13 ]  
  These boards are for people with or parents of children who are affected by a specific type of dwarfism.

• Height Increase   [ 15 ]  
  These discussion groups provide advice for growing taller. However, it should be noted that there are no easy answers. Of the boards listed, only "Make Me Taller" and "Cosmetic Leg / Limb Lengthening Forum" discuss an option that is viable, though at great expense, pain and recovery time. The products discussed on the other boards do not work as advertised.
